Saw Tropic Thunder on Monday, that movie is awesome. Very funny and it’s one of those movies that will only get better the more you see it. Tom Cruise, as gay as he is, was awesome. So was Robert Downey Jr.

Since it is Talk Like A Pirate Day, I recommend the movie “Pirates”. It may be a porno, but it is one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen.
I am just trying to say that a Michigan fan is the last person that should be talking smack to an OSU fan. I am not trying to make myself feel better, I am just saying that with the state of the Michigan program where it is right now they should worry about their own problems instead of Ohio State’s. I have no defense for OSU’s awfulness on the national stage (I believe I stated my strong dislike for their play at the bar on Saturday). They deserve it from the rest of the country. But Michigan? Come on.
“Pirates” is not just a porn, it is a good movie with great actors. Evan Stone should have gotten an Oscar for his role.
I have to agree Pirates is a quality veiwing affair. SO Damman at least we have that. I do not know why Michigan keeps coming up. Never once do I mention anything about Michigan – yes they suck w eget it and us UM fans do not have excuses or try to think of reasons why we suck or what Rich Rod should be doing differently so we could be 3-0. As I’ve always said I want OSU fans to be logical about their teams. And have we forgotten that the OSU-UM record over the last 18 years is 10-7-1 in favor of UM. OSU fans have short short memories. Why I hate OSU fans. I was at the bar Saturday night watching the USC game with my USC gear as they are my 2nd favorite team but anyways we were talking UM-OSU and it was brought up that UM actually has a bigger rivalry with MSU and its OSU that makes it a big deal. I stated that i believe that is true due to the fact my dad went to michigan and never thought much of OSU until he moved here and realized we made such a big deal of it. So anyways this OSU fan says wel lof course MSU is their rival since they cant beat the buckeyes they needed to change rivalries. I replied right we just started a rivalry with michigan state in the last four years, being in state schools has nothing to do with it and how quickly you forget the cooper years. that is why i hate osu fans like you. go pirates rrrrrrrr

As for the OSU vs UM rivalry. I agree that UM and MSU is a big rivalry, but I guess UM are the only people who think OSU is not their biggest rival. Was the game not voted the best rivalry in sports by espn? You play down the rivalry to make yourself feel better about the trouncing you have got in the passed couple of years. I don’t care about the overall record, I care about now, and right now OSU is a level or two above UM.

Im back. damn W. First off I’ve bee na USC fan since 95 when my cousin went there on a scholarship and then a bigger fan when she married the QB before Palmer and we hung out and now Carson Palmer is part of our family being the godfather to my cousin. Yes not real family but doesnt matter. And if I truly was bandwagoner then I wouldnt put myself through the agony of watching Michigan every week. (granted i really just want to see mcguffie youtube somebody) As for the rivalry I think I will believe a UM alum than you. The rivalry never became nationally big (it was always behind auburn-alabama, miami-florida,usc – ND) until the last 10 years or so when they were alawyas top 10 teams and the vote yo uare speaking of took place when OSU was 1 and UM was 2 and that game was the only thing ESPN was covering so obviously people are voting for what is being fed to them. Yes OSU_UM is huge rivalry but Im just saying if you ask anyone in Michigan or i guess students at Michigan who they would rather beat they would say MSU
Its big nationally becase of the rankings of the teams (usually) but its MSU is bigger locally because of the in state pride kind of like the OSU-YSU in state rivalry
Woody vs Bo is what put the rivalry on the map. It was bigger back then then it has been ever since. It was big nationally back then. It is still huge now, but back then is when it was really heated. Obviouslly, I wasn’t there, but that’s what it sounds like hearing people talk about it. It had an HBO special made for it. That’s a pretty big sign of a huge rivalry. Miami-Florida St. wasn’t big until the 90′s.
Everyone has their own opinion on which rivalry is bigger. As OSU alum, nothing makes me happier than beating the snot out of UM. I will miss seeing Lloyd Carr on the sidelines bitching about EVERY call.

Graig… yes, that game was terrible. I am thinking Brady will be in after the bye week. Which occurs after this weekend when we give the Bengals their first win. What a dissapointing season after we were cocky enough to name this season “the season of expectations.” I guess we never elaborated on what those expectations would be. Hopefully Bill Cowher comes to our recscue after this season is over.
From what I saw of the Ravens defense, they looked really good and really fast. Ed Reed has about 20 INT’s against the Browns in his career. Ray Lewis still looks like he could murder someone (on the field, of course). Suggs was unstoppable. Of course a lot of that could do with the terrible Browns offense, but I was still impressed.
I am sure the the powers that be at NFL headquarters are thrilled that they have the Browns on primetime four more times this year.
I sure am thrilled that I literally bought into the hype by purchasing tickets for 4 Browns games. I’ll have to drink until they look good… talent wise that is.
