I don’t got too much to say today. I couldn’t make it to the Cavs game yesterday (something I was not too happy with) so I’m hoping Rosie, Frank, Wes and whoever else went that read this blog will leave some good stories about the game in the comments section. I didn’t even get a chance to watch the game because my stupid DVR didn’t work (I hate Time Warner). Looking at the highlights it seemed like a typical Cavs game. LeBron James took over in the fourth quarter and showed Drew Gooden and Larry Hughes want it was like to go against the best player in the NBA. Friday’s win over Minnesota was nice just because it stopped a two-game losing streak got them ready for the Bulls. Even with more injuries than Delonte West tattoos, it seems the team is coming together finally.
The contract of Billy Thomas expires today. But good news, it looks like the Cavs will sign him to a second 10-day contract. Now, if only Mike Brown would give him minutes.
The Browns have made some big time deals early in the free agency period. I’ll dive more into them tomorrow but the moves to the defensive line are very similar to last year’s moves to the offensive line. Let’s hope they have the same results.
That’s all I have time for today. Sorry. But Rosie, Frank, Wes, etc, I’m counting on you to carry the site today with some good stories about yesterday and all the booo done to Larry.
